About Me
Hello! My name is Denver Atkins. I'm currently a full time college student attending South Plains College. I'm set to graduate in the fall of 2026 with my associates degree in Agriculture Communications! I plan to use my degree to take over my family's ranch one day.
Growing up on a cattle ranch taught me all about responsibility, having a strong ethic, respect for nature, patience, independency, etc... but most importantly to always find the good in the bad. To be thankful at the end of the day and to never forget about the one above us all.
In high school I was very involved in FFA. From being an officer for three years to competing in LDE's and CDE's, creating agriculture mechanics projects, attending conferences, showing livestock, I did it all! Doing so I have gained confidence in my ability to perform speeches, problem solve and work well with others.
Some hobbies of mine include designing images to go on clothing or hats, designing posters for others and if you can't find me doing that you can find me with my dogs or friends or having my nose in a good book!
